Simple,Easy and Tasty Dishes

Dear readers, here's a delayed post that I should have posted it
earlier, but since my cousin's PC was sent for service,I have to
wait for more than two weeks before I get to touch the cyber
world again...Arr...suffer...

-Don't use so advanced words la...cyber konon...

-I mean internet and computer la...

Alright, this is a post about cooking lesson. The idea was actually
came from a friend of mine-DOTAGAKI DOMAIN-one of the
famous blogger!!!

In his blog,he showed lots of post about food stuff. From the
recipes to instructions and steps... He got it all. But you'll need
a tissue while viewing his blog... Ehem..ehem... For newbies...don't
need to buy any recipes books...

So...so...so... Since Dotagaki-a future teacher is able to cook,Tera
the future chef must show some recipes as well...

-Don't burn down your house sudah la...

-Choi! Burn your house la...

Then, during my day off 29th July(Wednesday),I took out my own
pan and wok... But unlike Dotagaki,Tera only cooked 3 simple, easy
and tasty dishes.

1st is a Green Fried 'Kai Lan' vegetable.

Steps:

1. Clean the vegetable and cut into smaller pieces.
2. Slice some ginger.
3. Heat up the pan, pour in some oil. Add some salt.
4. Put in the ginger slices and leave it for 10 seconds.
5. Time to put in the 'Kai lan',then fry.
6. Flip the 'Kai lan' a few times, then add in a little sugar.
7. Flip again a few times and it's ready to serve.

*Never cook a vegetable for too long*

2nd is a Crispy Deep Fried Sotong-(Squids).

Steps:

1. Clean the squids, separate the head and the body part.
2. Remove its eyes and the ink injector.
3. Cut and open the body, cut into smaller pieces.
4. Grab some corn starch, mix with some flour. Add H2O.
5. Marinate the squids. Keep in fridge for about half an hour.
6. Heat the wok, pour in the cooking oil.
7. Deep fry the squids.
8. Filter of the oil,add some tiny salt and mix well.
9. Serve it hot.

*Do not add too much salt for the squids already salty*

3rd is a Sweet,Sour and Hot Fresh Crab.

Steps:

1. Open up the back shell, remove all the lungs and the dirt.
2. Separate the shell and the body.
3. Clean the crab, cut them into half in between the eyes.
4. Heat the wok. Add in some ginger slice.
5. Put in the crab,add a little H2O.
6. Fry the crab for over a 5 minutes.
7. Pour in the tomato and the hot sauce.
8. Let it boiled for about 15 minutes.
9. Put it on a plate and serve.

*Add the hot sauce depends on individual*

-Wow! Sounds quite easy...

-Anyone can try.

Alright, all these recipes are not the kind of high class,but...
what else could be better than sit down with the family and
have dinner together. Especially when all these dishes are
served with a bowl of hot white rice.

Ohh... Did I just made you hungry?

Like I said... Simple,Easy and Tasty Dishes...

-But...who's going to clean up the kitchen?
