Alright... Today is my off day,means that...


I don't have to work today!!!
Oh yeah... Feel like going to sleep for the whole
day like my friend-(ah wen)...but...


Nahh...it's a waste...better just go for a walk around
Melaka Raya area,see if there's anything interesting...



So. Today's Melaka...

Wow...
















Cloudy, so damp and so hot,but I can hardly feel
the heat of the sun,it's just that you can't feel the wind...

















Even hardly to see...

But nevermind...could be worse...


Yet,something came across my mind.

Melaka Raya is really a great place to find nice food,
from Mamak stalls to 6 stars hotel restaurants...

Suddenly I was so curious to know how a chinese restaurant's
kitchen looks like...

So I checked it out at the backstreet and in 5 restaurants,
I made a list..

*Everything you're about to see is the truth*

Should I start it from worse to best...or...?


-I want to know it from best to worse...

-OK OK fine.


The Winner Of the Most Clean Restaurant's Kitchen is:

1st place: RESTORAN HIKING(海京楼酒家)
Ratings: 4 stars















It might looked old and going to collapse from here...
but I went there,the service is good. And please,check
out the kitchen part.

















It's damn clean and fine...

2nd place:RESTORAN KENG-DOM(龙华酒家)
Ratings: 4 stars















Looked very simple from the sign board,interior design
is very beautiful and classic...


-Really?

-Just trust me...


Now,lets find out its kitchen...















It seems like everything is good,well arranged...
And the workers are quite friendly...


Just because...


They allowed me to snap photo whenever I want...

Besides that,the uncle's face showed the food is nice...


-He could be just pretending.

3rd place:RESTORAN NEW LAGOON(海港城海鲜酒家)

A friend of mine told me that she went to this restaurant
in often,saying that the food is nice,special and bla bla bla...


caused my saliva to over flow from my mouth... ^^



The dining room design...simple,very bright with lights
everywhere...just to make sure that you can see what you eat...


















Now,this wasn't what I expected to see,yet...
Still acceptable...

inside their kitchen! Infact they asked me to snap the interior,
but I told them I only need a few pictures...

(That indian fellow can't understand english...lol...)

Tera:Camera?

Indian worker:ohhh...

Tera:OK?

Indian worker:Nanti nanti! Boss,ada orang mau angkat gambar sama kita!

Boss:Tak ada masa lah!!!

(Not to bother them,I begin to snap the pictures as fast as I could)

(As I was about to leave)

Indian worker:Dia mau angkat gambar punya kotor ka?

Boss:Gambar kotor punya?! Ini pisau lu nampak?! Gua kasi dia mati oh!


Arhhhh...I ran away,feel like I'm faster than the Ferrari... >.<
What can i say...they deserve the 5th place.


Nothing to expect with all my hard work,just hope you
guys choose wisely which restaurant to go...

OK,since I introduced you to the place I work,now I should
introduced you to the best part working in there...

Now this wasn't it's actual shape,but b'cause of some
wrong method,that thing turned into a piece of art...















The pastry is made from yam,it's very crunchy
and inside is BBQ sauce with tender chicken meat
and fresh green beans.

After the exam,I was suppose to help my dad doing his construction work. But after when I got my shoulder injured,my dad asked me not to do any heavy work,just stay at home or find other job...

So I went to work in Mahkota Parade,for a lighter job,a confectionery...called UE.
Well,it's not so bad even though I'm not used with the surrounding but after some times,
I begin to love that job!!

To count the 'chicken shao-bao' (baked chicken bun)
It's factory manufactured, always come with a 192 'shao-bao',
but because ah kang insists to do so,I just let him to count.
And at the end he told me it was really a 192 of them...OMG...
